Hair Salon Receptionist (Full-Time, On-Site)
New York City / Summer in Bridgehampton

The Role:
We are seeking a polished, highly organized Receptionist to manage front desk operations in a fast-paced, high-demand salon environment.
This role is critical to the daily flow of the salon and requires strong judgment, efficiency, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and manage clients with a high level of service and awareness
Handle phones, emails, and appointment scheduling
Coordinate stylist schedules and manage last-minute changes
Process payments and maintain front desk organization
Support overall salon flow to ensure a seamless client experience

Luxury Salon, Hotel, Membership Club Front Desk Exprience
Quick thinker with strong multitasking ability
Highly organized with attention to detail
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Able to receive feedback, adjust quickly, and remain solution-oriented
Flexible schedule, including weekends
Reliable, loyal, and team-focused
Professional communication and presentation
Experience in hospitality, luxury service, or a client-facing role is a strong plus.

Compensation & Benefits:
$24 per hour
Bonus opportunities
Retail commission
5 paid sick days

During the summer months, this role includes travel to Bridgehampton up to 4 days per week.
Company housing (optional), transportation, and expenses are provided.
