To enhance your World Cup visit, the Madison Avenue Business Improvement District is pleased to offer complimentary personalized shopping appointments at participating boutiques. Whether you are searching for the latest designer fashions, fine jewelry, luxury accessories, beauty products, or distinctive gifts, the in-store styling teams can help create a memorable shopping experience.

Guests may request appointments at up to three boutiques, allowing for a seamless and personalized day of shopping along one of New York City’s most iconic avenues.

To request your Madison Avenue FIFA World Cup 2026™ Shopping Experience, please complete our registration form by clicking here and provide your preferred boutiques, visit date, and appointment time. Requests should be submitted at least three business days prior to your visit. Appointments are subject to the availability of each boutique’s in-store styling team and will be confirmed by the Madison Avenue Business Improvement District.

Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to be a representation or warranty by Madison Avenue B.I.D. with respect to any Third-Party Merchants and/or Third-Party Products. In addition, the availability through the Service of Third-Party Products does not imply our endorsement of such products or affiliation with Third-Party Merchants. You acknowledge and agree that Madison Avenue B.I.D. is not a party to any sale transaction involving any Third-Party Merchants or Third-Party Products. Your use of Third-Party Products is at your own risk and is subject to any additional terms, conditions and policies applicable to such Third-Party Products (such as terms of service or privacy policies of Third-Party Merchants). To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law: (a) Madison Avenue B.I.D. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages of any kind, under any contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or other theory, including damages for loss of profits, use or data or loss of other intangibles, even if advised in advance of the possibility of such damages or losses; (b) without limiting the foregoing, Madison Avenue B.I.D. will not be liable for damages of any kind resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, any Promotional Materials or Third-Party Products, including from any Virus that may be transmitted in connection therewith or (ii) acts or omissions of Third-Party Merchants or any of their officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents or consultants; (c) your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service or any Third-Party Products is to stop using the Service; and (d) the maximum aggregate liability of Madison Avenue B.I.D. for all damages, losses and causes of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, shall be twenty dollars ($20.00). All limitations of liability of any kind (including in this section and elsewhere in this Agreement) are made for the benefit of both Madison Avenue B.I.D. and the Madison Avenue B.I.D. Parties, and their respective successors and assigns. To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Madison Avenue B.I.D. and the Madison Avenue B.I.D. Parties, and their respective successors and assigns, from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses and fees (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to (a) your use of, or activities in connection with, the Service, Promotional Materials or Third-Party Products; and (b) any violation or alleged violation of this Agreement by you.
