For nearly twenty-five years, Arthur Baca has been a trusted presence in the Upper East Side’s fitness community. Throughout the constant evolution of the fitness landscape, Arthur has found one principle to be unwavering: the transformative power of the trainer–client relationship. Apartment AB was created around that relationship.

Apartment AB was designed to give independent trainers the freedom to do their best work—and their clients a private, focused environment in which to train.

No crowds. No distractions. Just a thoughtfully equipped, beautifully maintained space where every session can remain personal.

From carefully selected equipment and expansive training space to fresh towels, private amenities and a strictly limited number of trainers and clients each hour, every detail of Apartment AB has been considered with one goal in mind: a better personal training experience.

Set above Madison Avenue in the heart of the Upper East Side, it’s a space designed to feel as good as it functions.
