Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated sales consultant to be responsible for consistent delivery of the Valmont customer service experience and operational excellence, striving to achieve the highest standards possible and drive commercial performance.

This is a critical sales role that enables Valmont’s delivery of desired impact to our customers through:

• Providing superior customer service to every client before and after a sale
• Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
• Developing strong lasting relationships with clients and looking for opportunities to further expand their products
• Taking full advantage of company training sessions and literature to remain current with product offerings
• Contacting new and existing customers to discuss needs
• Treating others with respect, acknowledges cultural differences, and is willing to learn from those differences.
• Driving business through sales strategies, clientele, sourcing new customers and maintaining on-going productive relationships with customers

Purpose of the Role:

The key objective of this position is to reach and surpass the sales goals. The Sales Consultant will be expected to acquire, cultivate and maintain relationships with our clients through deep product knowledge, personal engagement and highest level of customer service.

Job Requirements

• 3 or more years of progressive experience in a retail environment (beauty/ luxury retail experience preferred)
• Strong sales skills – client rebooking/ product sales
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence
• High attention to details
• A passion for beauty products and sharing your expertise with others
• Must be willing to work weekends and holidays as required by business needs
• Strong interest to use networking and technology to achieve sales goals
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to motivate and persuade others
• Organizational skills and follow through
• Ability to work independently and with discretion and judgment without regular direct supervision
• Bilingual preferred
