Sales Supervisor

Salary: $20-$23 per hour + Commission

ROLE: Sales Supervisor, Madison Avenue Store
The Sales Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Boutique Manager in all aspects. The Sales Supervisor will assist with driving sales, cultivating a luxury client experience, spearhead the clientele program, and assist with operations. The Sales Supervisor will be the official manager when the Boutique Manager is out of the business. This is a key role on the leadership team of our Madison store.

Responsibilities:
Achieve and exceed individual productivity and sales goals;
Assist in achieving and exceeding the store’s productivity and sales goals;
Client Book Management and Clienteling;
Team sells with Sales Associates to contribute to the development of the selling team;
Works with customers and models excellent customer service and clienteling skills;
Maximizes sales through strong floor supervision;
Ensure associates are trained on product knowledge, selling skills and customer service and operations;
Controls company’s assets, i.e. key control, loss prevention measures, inventory paperwork and company standards of conduct per the employee handbook;
Strives for 100% accuracy and compliance in cash, inventory, fixtures and property;
Understands, supports and complies with all company policies and procedures;
Ensure presentation of all displays, fixtures and all visual areas are reflective of current visual direction;
Perform daily opening and closing procedures including daily paperwork reconciliation and other operational tasks;
Full understanding of specialty retail, including business development, visual merchandising and store operations;
A mentor and leader to staff and peers. Developing individual’s strengths and identifying opportunities;
A trainer able to teach skills in customer service, selling, and operations;
A team player that loves develop clients and team members.

Experience:
1 Year of Retail Experience Preferred.
