SUMMARY
The Client Advisor is responsible for fielding all incoming inquiries and providing excellent service to all clients. The Client Advisor is responsible for maintaining the IPPOLITA brand experience guidelines though email, text, web chat and telephone communications. The Client Advisor is also responsible for increasing customer conversion and retention, driving web chat and telephone sales as well as growing brand loyalty
– Develop a strong knowledge of the IPPOLITA brand and product including brand history, products, materials, and craftsmanship
– Professionally educate and style customers resulting in the achievement of boutique sales targets
– Build relationships & engage with clients, their spouses, friends, and organizations when possible
– Grow the IPPOLITA network through constant client outreach and community involvement
– Provide exceptional service during all interactions: face-to-face, telephone, web chat, email
– Capture, update and maintain complete client profiles with the use of clientele tools
– Cultivate, maintain and grow the base of IPPOLITA clients
– Attend and contribute to brand events
– Assist in locating merchandise for other Boutiques and transferring merchandise accurately & in a timely manner
– Maintain visual merchandising standards in accordance with monthly Store Director guides, including floor resets
REQUIRED SKILLS
– Excellent communication skills both in person and electronically
– Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
– Strong creative & problem-solving skills
– Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task
– Pro-active, flexible, and able to adapt/pivot in a fast-paced environment
– Proficient in Microsoft Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
– Willing to act with a sense of urgency
– Minimum of two years experience in the luxury sales industry
– Ability to learn new systems quickly including phone, chat systems, inventory management systems, POS systems, and computers
– Proficient in reading and writing in English in order to accurately maintain all business and client-related documentation
– Able to work varied and irregular hours/days including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays
– Able to stand for extended periods of time, move and handle merchandise/fixtures within boxes weighing up to 30 lbs.
– Warm, welcoming personality and a passion for people/relationships
– Knowledge of current, past, and future trends within jewelry, fashion, and design
