Madison Avenue Welcome Back Saturdays, Shop with Your Dog Day, September 25, To Benefit The Humane Society of New York

Madison Avenue invites the public to shop with their dog on September 25 to benefit The Humane Society of New York, who will provide free pet-related programming throughout the day, including talks & tips by veterinarians, meeting pets available for adoption, pet portraiture and other activities. Participating stores will have their specially designed water bowls out to welcome the dogs as well.  Please scroll down this post to find further details and a schedule of dog-friendly events.

We are honored to support the compassionate and devoted work of our Upper East Side neighbors at The Humane Society of New York. With over sixty flagship boutiques offering shopping with your dog, this event represents an important milestone in making New York a dog-friendly city.

Event guests must maintain possession and control of their dogs at all times, and dogs must be on leash.  Dogs must be housebroken to enter participating stores.
