Sales- Initiate contact with customers and start a fragrance consultation. Recommend products to try and close the sale.
Clientele Development- Responsible for capturing data the client wishes to leave and follow up with a hand written thank you note. In addition, new product launches require emailing, calling and writing a boutique clientele master list. Participate in creating store events, and contributing with ideas for clientele outreach is also expected.
Product Knowledge- Training is providing and one is expected to convey the products in the style and word usage that the company recommends.
Boutique Details- Includes learning a retail software system and using a Mac. Opening and closing a register with cash, maintaining the security of the store conducting oneself according to the protocol outlined in the training. Other duties may include generating/receiving a purchase order, unpacking boxes of merchandise when an order arrives. Checking and communicating stock levels of retail and non retail items may be asked of you.
Assisting the ecommerce shop- This entails monitoring the ecommerce website for new orders, packing an order, create a FedEx label for shipping, and then packing it and closing the sale on ecommerce website.
Answer phone inquiries and follow up with customer requests.
Reply to people who send inquiries to the EDP website and send in questionnaires.
Luxury retail experience, solid clienteling skills, flexible hours, good communicator.
